2. Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their personal and medical data. AngelAisle (OPC) Private Limited acts as the platform custodian/processor.

3. Consent-Based Sharing

Medical data is shared only with explicit consent from the customer or authorized NRI family member.

4. Medical Record Sharing Rules

Records are shared on a time-bound, purpose-limited, consent-driven basis and logged for audit.

5. Role-Based Access Control

Access to data is strictly controlled by role and permission settings.

6. Data Masking Rules

Sensitive fields such as mobile, email, address, and bank details are masked unless full access is explicitly authorized.

7. Data Export Rules

Data export is restricted to authorized roles and logged.

8. Data Correction Request

Users may request correction of inaccurate personal data.

9. Data Deletion Request

Users may request deletion of data, subject to legal and medical retention requirements.

10. Audit Logs

Access and changes to sensitive data are recorded in audit logs.

11. Data Breach Escalation

Suspected breaches are escalated and handled per the incident response process, with notification to affected parties where required.

12. Strict Access Rules

  • Franchisee must not access patient reports.
  • Finance Team must not access patient reports.
  • Compliance Admin must not access patient reports unless document verification is non-medical and permission-based.
  • Risk Admin must not access patient reports.
  • Doctors can access patient records only with customer/NRI consent.
  • Laboratory Services can upload/view only reports related to assigned bookings.
  • Super Admin has controlled access for audit/support/legal operation.
