Refund Policy

MEDWEV is a brand name and healthcare service platform operated by AngelAisle (OPC) Private Limited.

“Refund eligibility depends on service status, provider acceptance, cancellation timing, and MEDWEV platform policy. Failed or duplicate payments will be reviewed and processed as per payment gateway and company policy.”

1. Doctor Consultation

Refunds for online or in-person doctor consultations are considered when a consultation is not delivered, the doctor cancels, or a technical failure prevents the session. Completed consultations are generally non-refundable.

2. Laboratory Services

Refunds for lab bookings depend on sample collection status. Cancellation before sample collection may be eligible; once samples are collected or processing has begun, refunds are limited.

3. Nurse Service

Nurse bookings cancelled before the visit starts may be eligible for a refund. Once a visit begins, charges for the delivered portion of service apply.

4. Caregiver Service

Caregiver bookings cancelled before service start may be refundable. Partially delivered care is charged on a pro-rata basis.

5. Hospital Service

Hospital-coordinated services and admissions follow the hospital partner's own billing and refund terms in addition to MEDWEV platform charges.

6. Ambulance Service

Ambulance/emergency dispatch fees are generally non-refundable once a vehicle is dispatched. Cancellations before dispatch may be eligible.

7. Pharmacy / Medicine Purchase

Medicine orders may be refundable before dispatch. Delivered medicines are non-returnable except in case of incorrect, damaged or expired items, subject to verification.

8. NRI Family Care Service

Subscription and on-demand NRI family care services follow the plan terms. Unused portions of advance subscriptions may be considered as per company policy.

9. Failed Payment Refund

If an amount is debited but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be reviewed and refunded as per payment gateway settlement timelines.

10. Duplicate Payment Refund

Duplicate charges for the same booking will be identified and the extra amount refunded after verification.

11. Cancellation Before Service Starts

Cancellations made before provider acceptance or before service start are generally eligible for the highest refund percentage as per policy.

12. Cancellation After Service Starts

Once a service has started, only the undelivered portion (if any) may be considered for a partial refund.

13. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed consultations and delivered services
  • Dispatched ambulance fees
  • Delivered medicines (except defective/incorrect)
  • Platform/processing charges where stated

14. Manual Payment Refund Handling

For offline/manual payments, refunds are processed manually after verification by the Finance Team and Super Admin approval.

15. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within [X] business days, subject to payment gateway and bank timelines.
