MEDWEV is a brand name and healthcare service platform operated by AngelAisle (OPC) Private Limited.

Users must provide accurate registration details and keep their credentials secure. Misuse of accounts may lead to suspension.

Customers and NRI customers are responsible for the accuracy of health information, consent management, and lawful use of services for themselves or their registered family members.

Doctors, nurses, caregivers, hospitals, Laboratory Services, pharmacies, and ambulance partners are responsible for delivering services in compliance with applicable laws, licensing, and platform standards.

“Franchisees are responsible only for provider onboarding and local awareness within their assigned territory. Franchisees are not authorized to access patient reports, medical records, payment gateway settings, or emergency medical operations.”

“MEDWEV does not replace emergency medical services or direct consultation with a qualified doctor. Talk To Support provides health guidance only and does not provide final diagnosis, prescription, medicine dosage, or emergency treatment.”

Talk To Support offers general health guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

MEDWEV does not guarantee emergency response. Emergency assistance depends on the availability of partner hospitals and ambulance providers.

Ambulance and emergency support is provided on a best-effort basis through partners and is subject to availability and local conditions.

Service charges, platform fees, and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Payments are processed through approved payment gateways.

Refunds are governed by the MEDWEV Refund Policy available on this website.

Sharing of medical records and reports requires explicit consent from the customer or authorized NRI family member.

Lab reports are accessible only to authorized roles based on consent and platform access control.

Medicine purchases require valid prescriptions where applicable and are fulfilled by partner pharmacies.

MEDWEV performs reasonable verification of providers but does not warrant the outcome of any medical service.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, or misuse.

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngelAisle (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [City/State] courts.
